BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1846 Market Street, being on the southeast line of Market Street at East 19th Street. All of lots 147-150 (except that portion thereof required by the City of Chattanooga for the widening of Market Street), Fort Negley Addition, as shown by plat of record in plat book 1, page 26, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 4574, page 450, ROHC, and deed book 4485, page 296, ROHC.
